 Ashwan
Arora, popularly known as Mrs Arora in the corporate world is the Co-promoter of Executive Search.
She has played a pivotal role in building the entity into an
organisation that has a rich clientele. She works with passion,
integrity, transparency and commitment that have ensured
inexorable success for the organisation.

Alumni of Lady Shri Ram College (University of Delhi)
Certificate course “Women entrepreneurship” conducted by
“small scale industries”, New Delhi which thereby further
sharpened her
entrepreneurial approach
to venture into her own Enterprise.

Worked as Manager HR with Goodyear, one of
the largest rubber plantation organization in Liberia, South
Africa.

Initiated
her own venture “Executive Search” in 1995 with the
recruitments of Executive Assistants at the Senior level and
continues to excel in the same. Has an expertise and
proficiency in this domain. Gradually she moved to other
domains and successfully completed Search assignments at
Middle and Senior levels.
She
has more than 15 years of experience in the area of recruitment
and providing staffing solutions that spans across diverse
industries. Through her relentless effort and determination,

Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning and HR outsourcing.
