Mr.Subhash Arora (Managing Director)
- Subhash is the founder and the driving force behind Executive Search, In the year 1995, leaving his high inspirational corporate career to start his own entrepreneurial path. Executive Search was incorporated by him to cater to the recruitment needs of the Life Sciences & Healthcare Industries
- He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants, B.Sc. and LL.B and has a vast experience of 40 years working in diversified sectors ranging from Life Sciences to Engineering to Manufacturing to Financial Services to Private Equity.
His last assignment was with Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd as The Head of Finance New Projects and has previously worked with HCL, Roberts Field Hotel Corporation and Mohan Meakins Ltd.
Mrs.Ashwan Arora (Director)
- Mrs. Arora is the Co-founder of Executive Search and has an experience of over two decades. She initially started her career with Goodyear and then moved on to start Executive Search.
- In the year 1995 she began with recruitments in the Support Services Practice and there after moved to establishing the Management Services Practice.
- She also has great expertise in placing Executive Assistants with top Promoters of big business houses.
- Mrs. Arora with her enormous experience in talent acquisition and headhunting is known to many people, because of her amusing nature it has taken her to the remotest corners of the globe and get the best talent to the corporate world as per their business strategies and requirement.
Mr Rahul Arora (Associate Director)
- Prior to joining Executive Search, Rahul was working with Deloitte. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
- Rahul heads the Business Operations at Executive Search and our group company Talent Resource Consulting Pvt Ltd. which caters to Manpower Outsourcing, Payroll Management and Human Resource Outsourcing and has been dealing with Fortune 500 companies since more than a decade. He is also responsible for managing overall business strategy.
- His Specialization is in working on niche Oil and Gas Profiles, Technical Pharma and Energy and Engineering positions, all kinds of Finance profiles and General Management positions for other verticals.
- Rahul has established very high caliber sales and recruitment to develop business over the period of years at Executive Search.
